Who really holds legitimate claim to the celebration of our Independence from The British Crown ?

Who really holds legitimate claim to the celebration of our Independence from The British Crown ?
Let us examine the FACTS.
CONFEDERATE STATES CITIZEN verses THE AMERICAN CITIZEN.
THE UNANIMOUS DECLARATION OF THE THIRTEEN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
“ That these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are absolved from all allegiance the the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and theState of Great Britain is and ought to be totally dissolved, and that as Free and Independent States that they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and do all other acts and things which Independent States may of right do”.
Note, that the Declaration is that the Colonies are to become States, (Free and Independent).
Also note that Great Britain is referred to as “the STATE of Great Britain”, NOT THE NATION OF Great Britain. Great Britain was a SOVEREIGN, therefore a STATE. Sovereignty is required in order for a State to exist.
The “American” citizen, accepts Democracy as the Founders system of government, giving simply lip service to a republican form of government; While the Confederate citizen, rejects National Democracy, demanding the restoration of a Confederacy, their rightful Republic, as was established by the Founders.

Florida ORDINANCE OF SECESSION

We, the people of the State of Florida, in convention assembled, do solemnly ordain, publish, and declare, That the State ofFlorida hereby withdraws herself from theconfederacy of States existing under the name of the United States of America and from the existing Government of the said States;
[Note here that The Confederate State of Florida, withdrew from the Confederacy of States that existed under the 1787 constitution. Florida then joined other States in a new Alliance, League, CONFEDERACY, under the 1861 Confederate States Constitution.]
THE ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION
Article I. The Stile of this Confederacy shall be “The United States of America.”

Article II. Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every Power, Jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.

Article III. The said States hereby severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defense, the security of their liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding themselves to assist each other, against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of religion, sovereignty, trade, or any other pretense whatever.

The “American” citizen, continues to participate in a National Democracy through the election of representatives who continually proclaim their government a “Democracy”. In this manner they accept a National Democracy, over the Founders Confederacy of States. ( A Confederacy is simply….An alliance; league ). In the case of the Founders established a Confederacy of States.
The Declaration of Independence from Great Britain states….. “that all political connectionbetween them and the State of Great Britain is and ought to be totally dissolved”.

Missouri

An act declaring the political ties heretofore existing between the State of Missouri and the United States of America dissolved.
“Be it enacted by the general assembly of the State of Missouri, That all political ties of every character now existing between the Government of the United States of America and the people and government of the State of Missouri are hereby dissolved,

Note; The Declaration of Independence states;…. “All political connection” and “dissolved all allegiance.”
Here we see that the State of Missouri and its citizens severed their political ties with the United States.
Missouri citizens no longer participated in U.S. politics/political elections. In doing so, The State of Missouri, and its citizens became free and independent of the United States.
Without Severing Political connection, and Allegiance, one cannot be truly Independent.
THE AMERICAN CITIZEN HAS ABANDONED THE DE-CENTRALIZED PRINCIPLES OF THE CONFEDERACY THAT THE FOUNDERS ESTABLISHED, ACCEPTING, AND OR, FAVORING INSTEAD A NATIONAL DEMOCRACY, WITH CENTRALIZED POWER, WHEREIN THE STATES ARE NO LONGER SOVEREIGNS, THUS NO LONGER STATES, REDUCING THEM TO SIMPLE PROVINCES OF A NATIONAL GOVERNMENT. WITHOUT SOVEREIGNTY A STATE CANNOT EXIST, AND IF THE STATES DO NOT EXIST, THEN THERE CAN BE NO CONFEDERACY, HENCE, NO REPUBLIC.
Alexander Hamilton proclaimed the “British government “The best in the world“. In a letter he wrote to George Washington he stated that, the people were now willing to accept “something not very remote from that which they have lately quitted
What Hamilton was referring to was a centralized government, as the people had recently ended there allegiance to the Monarchy of King George through the Declaration of Independence and the American Revolution. A Monarchy is a centralized government. The Virginia plan was just that; a plan for a National government, a centralized government.
The Confederates, mis-labeled “Anti Federalists”, such as George Mason, Patrick Henry, and others, who wished the States to retain the Confederacy of The Articles of Confederation, were able to temporarily stave of the National government by forcing the pro-centralizers to accept a few fail-safes within the 1787 constitution, to temporarily hold back a full blown National Democracy. Patrick Henry knew that they would not last stating, “ This government cannot last,” he thundered, “ It will not last a century, We can only get rid of its oppression by a most violent and bloody struggle.”
It did not last a century before a bloody struggle took place and a National Democracy took the place of the Founders Confederacy, destroying the States. The American citizen now supports what the American revolution was fought to end.
THE CONFEDERATE CITIZEN HOWEVER, CLINGS TO THE FOUNDERS IDEA OF A DE-CENTRALIZED GOVERNMENT, REJECTING THE NATIONAL DEMOCRACY.
THE CONFEDERATE CITIZEN, UNDERSTANDS THAT STATES CANNOT EXIST WITHIN A NATIONAL GOVERNMENT, AND THAT DEMOCRACY IS REPUGNANT TO THE FOUNDERS SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT, OVERTLY WAGING POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC GENOCIDE ON THE SOVEREIGN STATE CITIZEN, DEPRIVING THEM OF GODS GIFT OF LIBERTY, PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS AND THEIR RIGHTFUL INSTITUTIONS.
THE CONFEDERATE CITIZEN SEEKS NOT TO CONTINUE PARTICIPATION WITHIN THE DEFACTO DEMOCRACY, BUT INSTEAD WISHES TO RESTORE THE FOUNDERS CONFEDERACY OF STATES.
This can be accomplished through the legal avenue of restoring our 1861 confederate government which still exists as the confederate states Dejure government, existing in a state of forced political exile by the National democracy that occupies the sovereign Confederate States. UPON RESTORATION OF OUR 1861 CONFEDERACY BY OUR CONFEDERATE CITIZENS, REVISIONS WILL BE PUT IN PLACE RETURNING US TO THE FOUNDERS CONFEDERACY, NOT UNLIKE THE ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION.
